Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Scope
This policy applies to purchases made at feloraa.com.

Returns Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery unless local law mandates a longer period. (Check product pages for any item-specific return periods.)

Eligibility
Items must be unused, with original tags/packaging, and in resalable condition. Items marked Final Sale or personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

1. Request a return via your account or contact Customer Care with order number and reason.
2. Follow provided return instructions and ship the item within the timeframe provided. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and processing. Processing time may vary by payment provider; allow up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges
Exchanges (size/color) are processed as a return + new order unless otherwise arranged.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Customer Care immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund, including reimbursement for return shipping where applicable.

Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch free of charge. Once dispatched, items must be returned under the Return Policy.
